Following up on the Arizona Cardinals Pre-Season Hire, of Jen Welter as the NFL’s 1st Female Coach, the Buffalo Bills have announced Kathryn Smith as the NFL’s 1st Full-Time Female Coach. I’ll admit that this isn’t the most important news today but between:
