#R2BC Wednesday’s #GoodNews – Context is Everything
Seeing a few discussions running around today I’m seeing them in a different light than a few of my friends. Part of that, is me getting a little older and coming to the debate with a different perspective. So on a day I’m reminded of the importance of context, in our beliefs, the way we live and the decisions we make, the British Film Institute has made an archive giving a glimpse of 100 years of life in Britain available to the public online.
Yes, the geek in me wants to roar about the announcement about the Han Solo Movie.
Yes, the sports freak in me wants to shout about the deal between Tottenham Hotspur and the NFL.
But this archive is such a gift to the nation, if not the world, it’s hard no to smile.
As a wise friend of mine once said, “Context is Everything”
