#R2BC Friday’s #GoodNews – Opening Doors

January 31, 2014SiliconNomad

Another short and sweet day today.
Top of the pops? With so much web security being added for child protection and attempts to shut down hackers and the dark web it’s very easy for innocent sites to get caught in the net. So good news that UK plans to help release wrongly blocked sites.

  • UK to act on wrongly blocked websites
  • US economy growing at 3.2% in 4th quarter
  • Project hopes to repopulated Asian Vultures in 2016
  • £600 000 boost for electric cars in NI
  • Dundee V&A museum gets £9.4m lottery boost
  • New £5m dementia nursong home to create 70 jobs
