#R2BC Monday’s #GoodNews
Lots of very cool things have been happening while we were away. However, now we’re back, I’m indulging my geek a little. With title like Laputa, Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Howl’s Moving Castle and more, Studio Ghibli have been at the forefront of animated story telling for years. So I will have to admit to squeeing a little at the news that Ghibli founder Hayao Miyazaki is coming out of retirement. Where Anime (japanese animation) is all too often associated with Hentai, and titles like Akira, Ghost in the Shell and others which are firmly aimed at mature audiences, Miyazaki is an amazing one man Disney and I can’t wait to see what comes next.
