#R2BC Wednesday’s #GoodNews
It’s midweek and “hump day” can be incredibly hard at times. Fortunately there are some incredibly positive and interesting stories from around the world. As a Brit the amazing 444-3 in an ODI demolition of Pakistan has made me smile. However, it’s the plan to use technology to help improve the lives of millions of farmers in Pakistan that has me celebrating.
Add to that landmark peace talks in Myanmar and Australia getting its 1st Female Aboriginal MP and I’m bouncing. Yet, the story that has me smiling the most is the TfL trial of badges for those with less obvious disabilities to encourage people to offer them a seat on crowded public transport that has me smiling from ear-to-ear. Knowing many people with Chronic Fatigue Syndromes like Fibro and ME, not forgetting a whole host of invisible illnesses, I’m hoping this simple scheme will help people in need.
