Amazing news about a new Alzheimer’s Drug Trial. However, if I have a favourite story today, it’s probably, the news about the amazing donations and the research supported by the 2014 Ice Bucket Challenges. At the moment, I am involved in the 22 Kill/Mi22ion Challenge, where people do 22 Press-Ups for 22 Days to raise awareness of veterans suffering with PTSD. It’s 22 Kill because, apparently, in the US, as many as, 22 Veterans a day have been committing suicide. Having suffered my own battles with mental illness it gives me hope when I see what can be achieved when people get together behind a cause they believe in.
