When I started Reasons to be Cheerful, it was in part, to shine a light on British sporting successes and dispel the myth that Britain is bad at sport, and widen the focus from just association football. However, I have to say that hearing that Britain now boasts 13 reigning boxing World Champions is jaw dropping.
