#R2BC Thursday’s #GoodNews – SOCK!
Perhaps the most unusual bit of news is the solving of the Undersea Purple Sock mystery. With so much of the deep ocean yet to be explored a single undersea creature had foxed scientific attempts to classify it, however with the recent discovery of 4 other examples we now have a glimpse of a remarkably primitive form of life. 🙂
On stories that have moved me today well, as readers will know, I have had my battles with, and continue to battle, the Black Dog of Depression. I will admit that until the research is complete I’m not sure if either of these will work, but it’s good to know that people are working on ways to help keep people safe, whether it’s a trial of an App to help prevent suicide or the potential use of opioids as fast-acting to help bridge patients to slow-acting anti-depressants and mood stabilisers.
Enjoy the good news and have a great day. 🙂
