#R2BC Thursday’s #GoodNews – An Army for Good
The most important news today has to be in Health, from the record drop in Polio cases in Pakistan to the proposed plan for a ‘Global Army’ of medics to help fight crises such as Ebola.
However, the stories that move me today are of music. I’ve been doing a lot of singing recently with friends, and it is an amazing feeling to see how music can move people. Music that has been only been available as a bootleg will now be released as Led Zeppelin publish their legendary Mumbai Recordings. Artist Sam Smith has come through vocal chord surgery safely with his voice intact. The most impressive news by far, particularly as a Brit, is that 1 out of every 7 albums sold worldwide is by British Artists.
Here’s hope you find a wonderfully pleasant earworm today. 😀
