#R2BC Friday’s #GoodNews – Small but Mighty
Compared to the reams of good news we’ve seen over the recent past, today’s selection may seem a little, well, short. However, it’s still all good news and the top story is great for all of us who spend a great deal of time in the virtual world. At the start of the month we mentioned that the US Federal Communications Commissioner had come out in favour of Net Neutrality, well the the FCC have now voted to class Internet Service Providers as Utilities, and in providing services have to act in the public interest. So no slowing, no throttling, etc. It’s a huge step, it’s an important step, and I for one feel a little safer in my browsing…and that folks around the world we keep getting positive news. 🙂
- FCC passes rules to protect Net Neutrality
- Newcastle University working on Bionic Eye

- New Business creation in Wales at highest rate for 10-Years
