#R2BC Monday’s Good News Digest – The view from the street
Quite a few health related stories but the highlight for me is about a Breast Cancer campaign with an unusual slant as it looks for topless female images in street art and gives them a mastectomy. A friend pointed out to me, many women who have survived breast cancer can find some of the campaigns a little alienating. Campaigns focusing on prevention and survivors are somehow forgotten in our image obsessed mordern age, so here’s something a bit different.
And for balance it’s Movember; so if you see a friend sporting an outrageous or straggly beard or moustache remember to ask them for their movember page and help change the face of men’s health. In other news a timetable for the destruction of Syria’s nuclear arsenal has been agreed, but have a look at the following stories as you may not agree with my favourite.
